Apartment Villa in the garden
Two-story independent air-conditioned villa after interior renovation in 2024, located in the hotel area (within 100 meters from the hotel), in a quiet part of a well-kept beautiful garden, with a terrace. Each villa is for a maximum of 6 guests.
The villa has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds on the first floor, one bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with a connected smaller kitchen, next to which there is a smaller room with a sink, toilet and washing machine. Right next to each villa is a covered parking lot under the roof for 1 car (possibility of 2 cars in a row). The entrance to the area with the villas is separated by a ramp, an accommodation card is required for entry.
The villas are also suitable for longer-term accommodation (price negotiable). Vilka is a non-smoker. It is suitable for families with children and for everyone who prefers more privacy.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ACCOMMODATION IN A VILLA
For villas, a different regime applies than for accommodation in a hotel.
Check in from 3:00 p.m. / Check out until 11:00 a.m.
The date and time of check out must be agreed with reception in advance. We ask guests to reserve their time. The villa is collected and handed over to the guest directly on the spot in the presence of a hotel employee.
Cleaning
Guests are given a cleaned villa. Towels are available, beds are made with bed linen. Cleaning and linen change is provided by the hotel after 3 overnight stays. In the case of the client's request, even earlier, for a fee. The hotel provides garbage collection once a day. The guest leaves a bag with garbage in front of the villa door.
No smoking in the interior
Vilka is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. In case of violation of the smoking ban, the guest will be charged a fee according to the valid price list.
Deposit of €200 and damage to property
In case of damage, the guest is obliged to pay for the damage. Damage compensation is payable based on the calculation of the amount of the damage. The guest is obliged to immediately report any damage to the accommodation provider.
Night time
Even if the client is staying in a private villa, he is obliged to respect the observance of the night time from 10:00 p.m.
