Hospitality has been our family business since 2005. What led us to start our services is primarily a sense of hospitality, the location of the hotel with a rich source of mineral springs in the heart of Slovakia, near the spa Sliač and Kováčová from where you can get to know all corners our beautiful country, the relationship to our region and the interest in its development. The result of our work is Kaskady, one of the most popular hotels in Slovakia.

MINERAL WATER POOLS
Our greatest treasure is the mineral water in our pools with a temperature of 30–31°C. It springs directly from the depths of the earth and has beneficial effects on muscle and joint recovery as well as your overall health. The Duozone chlorine-free water disinfection system is gentle on your skin.
Available year-round for our guests: Indoor relaxation pool: 08:00 – 21:00, Relaxation pool with massage jets (12+ years): 10:00 – 21:00, Outdoor jacuzzi: 12:00 – 21:00.
WELLNESS & SPA
The hotel wellness area is divided into two separate zones – Gold Spa (18+ years) and Blue Spa (no age limit). Each zone features a Finnish sauna, steam sauna, infrared sauna, and a cooling pool. Wellness is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00, except on Mondays when Gold Spa opens at 13:00 due to regular weekly sanitation.
LUXURY PRIVATE SPA
Rejuvenate your body and mind in our Moroccan-style private spa, featuring a mineral-water jacuzzi, aromatic steam sauna, Finnish sauna, relaxation area with loungers, and bartender service. MASSAGES & TREATMENTS
Our therapists from Bali, Thailand, India, and Sri Lanka will help you release stress and achieve relaxation through professional techniques and the healing properties of carefully selected massage oils and wraps. SPECIAL DIET
If you require a special diet or have any food allergies, please inform us in advance. We will be happy to prepare a customized menu for you.
DRESS CODE
We recommend casual attire in all hotel areas. Walking around in swimwear or barefoot is not permitted. Entry to the hotel restaurant in shorts, swimwear, bathrobes, or slippers (flip-flops) is not allowed.
LOYALTY DISCOUNT
If you are a loyalty program member and made your reservation after logging into your loyalty zone, the price shown in your booking confirmation already includes your discount. The name of your loyalty profile and the discount amount are displayed at the bottom of the email under your name.
BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT
Please ensure the correct recipient name BAD, s. r. o. is stated, as from October 2025 banks will introduce a new Payment Recipient Verification service that checks the match between the account name and IBAN.

CHECK-IN from 15:00. In case of arrival after 16:00. please let us know.
CHECK-OUT: until 11:00.
Later check-out after 12:00. is possible for a fee in agreement with the reception according to the current occupancy of the hotel.
