INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY IN THE VILLA
Check-in from 15:00 / Check-out by 11:00
The check-out date and time must be arranged in advance with the reception. We kindly ask guests to reserve time for this. The villa is handed over to and returned by the guest in person, with the presence of a hotel staff member.
Cleaning
The villa is handed over clean. Towels and made beds with fresh bed linen are provided. Cleaning and linen change is arranged by the hotel after every 3 nights. Upon guest request, this can be done earlier for an additional fee. Trash is collected once a day. Guests are kindly asked to leave the trash bag in front of the villa door.
No Smoking Indoors
The villa is strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. In case of violation, a fee according to the current price list will be charged.
€200 Deposit and Property Damage
In case of any damage, the guest is obliged to cover the cost. Compensation is payable based on an itemized damage report. Guests must immediately report any damage to the hotel staff.
Night Quiet Hours
Although guests are accommodated in a private villa, they are required to respect quiet hours from 22:00.
Cancellation conditions
- Non-refundable (100% cancellation fee in case of cancellation valid from confirmation of reservation).
- With the possibility of changing the date of stay (7 or more days before arrival).
- we recommend travel insurance in case of cancellation due to health or other reasons.
- 10 € refund fee in case of cancellation.
