Cancellation conditions
The hotel is entitled to demand cancellation fees if you cancel the reservation in writing, by phone or electronically, within the following periods:
- Cancellation fee of 100€ if you cancel your reservation at any time (more than 60 days before your stay)
- 100% cancellation fee if you cancel your stay 60 days before stay, no refund or rescheduling.
- The stay cannot be postponed to another date, we recommend travel insurance in case of cancellation due to health or other reasons.
- 10 € refund fee in case of cancellation.
