Cancellation conditions
The hotel is entitled to demand cancellation fees if you cancel the reservation in writing, by phone or electronically, within the following periods:
- from 15 to 29 days before the agreed date: 50% of the total amount of canceled services,
- from 7 to 14 days before the agreed date: 70% of the total amount of canceled services,
- from 1 to 6 days before the agreed date: 90% of the total amount of canceled services,
- on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount of canceled hotel services,
- if the guest leaves the stay early, the hotel charges a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the confirmed remaining stay,
- for themed, festive, New Year's Eve, Easter and Christmas stays, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of canceled hotel services applies to reservations canceled 60 calendar days or less before the confirmed start of the stay.
For tickets to the event, a 100% cancellation fee applies in the event of cancellation without the right to a refund.
By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to the hotel's General Terms and Conditions.
At the same time, the guest gives the hotel consent to the processing of his personal data when viewing the hotel's website as well as the personal data specified in the guest's order for the purpose of securing and providing the ordered services and for the fulfillment of the hotel's obligations imposed by Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, for the time necessary to ensure the rights and obligations arising from the legal relationship between the guest and the hotel.
