Cancellation conditions
The hotel is entitled to demand cancellation fee if the guest cancels their reservation writing, by telephone or electronically, by fax to the following deadlines:
* from 15 - 29 days before the stay - 50% of the price of the accommodation
* from 7 - 14 days before the stay - 70% of the price of the accommodation
* from 1 - 6 days before the stay - 90% of the price of the accommodation
* At the day of arrival 100% of total price of ordered services
* For Christmas, New Year, Easter and Halloween stays 100% cancellation fee if reservations is cancelled 21 days or less prior the stay.
By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of the hotel.
At the same time, the guest gives the hotel consent to the processing of his personal data when viewing the hotel's website as well as the personal data specified in the guest's order in order to secure and provide the ordered services and to fulfill the hotel's obligations imposed by Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, for the time necessary to ensure the rights and obligations arising from the legal relationship between the guest and the hotel.
