Cancellation conditions

The hotel is entitled to demand cancellation fees if you cancel the reservation in writing, by phone or electronically, within the following periods:

  • Cancellation fee of 100€ if you cancel your reservation at any time.
  • 100% cancellation fee if you cancel your stay 60 days before stay, no refund or rescheduling.
  • The stay cannot be postponed to another date, we recommend travel insurance in case of cancellation due to health or other reasons.

By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to the hotel's General Terms and Conditions.
