The check-out time must be agreed with reception in advance. Guests are kindly asked to allow time for this. The villa is handed over to and from the guest directly on-site in the presence of a hotel employee.Cleaning
The villa is handed over cleaned. Towels and made-up beds with bed linen are provided. Cleaning and linen change is carried out by the hotel after 3 nights. Upon guest request, it can be arranged earlier for a fee. The hotel ensures garbage removal once per day. Guests are asked to leave the garbage bag in front of the villa door.Non-smoking interior
The villa is strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside is prohibited. In case of violation, a fee according to the valid price list will be charged.Deposit €200 and damage to property
In case of any damage, the guest is obliged to cover the cost. Compensation is payable based on the calculated damage. Guests must immediately report any damage to the accommodation provider.- Night quiet hours
Even though guests are staying in a private villa, they are obliged to respect quiet hours from 22:00.
