ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION FOR THE VILLA
Check in from 15:00 / Check out until 11:00
The check-out date and time must be arranged with reception in advance. We ask guests to reserve time for this. The villa is handed over to and taken over from the guest directly on site in the presence of a hotel employee.
Cleaning
The villa is handed over to guests cleaned. Towels and prepared beds with made-up bed linen are provided. Cleaning and linen change are provided by the hotel after 3 nights. Earlier upon request, for a fee. The hotel ensures waste removal once a day. The guest leaves the bag of waste outside the villa door.
No smoking indoors
The villa is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. In case of violation of the smoking ban, the guest will be charged a fee according to the valid price list.
Deposit €200 and property damage
In the event of damage, the guest is obliged to pay for the damage. Compensation for damage is payable based on the damage assessment. The guest is obliged to report any damage to the accommodation provider immediately.
Night quiet
Even though the client is accommodated in a private villa, they are obliged to respect the night quiet from 22:00.
